100-150kg/H Fully Automatic Corn Flake Cereal Processing System

This breakfast cereal corn flakes snacks processing line is applied to make corn flakes, cereal snacks such as coco ball, crispy rice, fruit loops and so on, the famous brands are Kellogg’s and Nestle in the world.

The main machine for this processing line is twin screw extruder, which can adopt corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, oat flour and so on as main raw material.

Mixer : Mix the raw material equally

Spiral and Screw Conveyor : Take the raw material into the extruder

Twin screw extruder : mix , cook and extrude the raw material with suitable temp and pressure , first to produce cristal snack balls from the extruder

Flake Presser: Press the snack balls into flakes with adjustable thickness

Dryer: dry the corn flakes to take away most of the moisture content

Elevator : take the corn flakes to the next machine

Hot air Toaster : Puff the corn flakes to be expanded and crispy

Coating system : Spray syrup onto the surface of the corn flakes to make sweet flavor
