Product features
Nik NAKs is made by extrusion process. The corn kernels are mixed with water and oil in a vertical mixer for wetting, and then sent to a rotary head extruder. In the extruder, due to the excessive heat and pressure generated by the screw, the powder is heated and the moisture content is reduced. The food passes through the mold and is cut to the required length by the cutting knife. Nik NAKs is fried in edible oil and then cooled before seasoning. Condiments are sprayed on Nik NAK to improve its taste.
