Double screw extruder machine:
Function: Double Screw Extruder serves to gelatinize flours and starches continuously and automatically. After dosing, the materials are worked by two co-rotating screws composed by sectional modules for the following functions: forward and backward transport, mixing, feeding of additives, injection of liquids , de-gassing, cooking and forming.
Structure detail: Stainless steel structure, especially the parts in contacting with the raw material or products; Five layer structure can prolong the drying time and reduce the coverage area; Each layer is made of mesh belt which is made by SUS; Side guards to prevent products from falling off the belt; Various speed inverter drives for five layers; Auto temperature control system with the temperature MAX 160℃; The body is well sealed to prevent any heating leakage, and thus reduce the savings in energy; Three kinds of power can be choices: Electric, gas or oil.
